1. Driver cum Dispatch
Primary Roles and Responsibilities
1.0 Driver
• Primary duty of a driver is to transport the employer and passengers to and from destinations in a comfortable, safe, and efficient manner.
2.0 Logistics and Travel Details
• Includes consulting maps or navigation devices for desired routes, checking radio or online traffic and weather reports for departure and destination locations.
• Advise the employer or passenger of potential or existing adverse conditions and suggest alternative routes or travel time adjustments. Online research for the existence of en-route and destinations hotels, restaurants, airports, rest areas, tolls, points of interest and details of that apply are expected.
3.0 Vehicle Maintenance
• Directly or indirectly managing the vehicle maintenance through third party service companies.
• Keeping the vehicle clean and ensuring that it is mechanically sound, the employer’s vehicle must be spotless in appearance and ready to drive without any issue at all times.
• Responsible for checking engine fluids, inspecting interior and exterior electrical and mechanical components, maintaining tire pressure, and keeping fuels levels at adequate levels.
• All the mechanical work, scheduled maintenance, professional washing, and detail work is needed, you are required to work closely with Executive Assistant or/ Admin personnel.
4.0 Paperwork Duties
• Must acquire, retain, and submit all receipts to the Company and ensure that expenditures are authorized under the terms of employment services.
• Responsible for keeping a written travel logs containing mileage, locations, travel time, work hours, vehicle service entries and receipts.
5.0 Safety and Legal Duties
• Must be legally required to obtain and maintain an active driving license as required by local law.
• It is the driver duty and responsibility to adhere to all state and federal driving laws and rules set by the Company.
6.0 Professionalism
• Diligently to be mannerly and courteous in all driving and non-driving situations while of the duties.
• Good grooming and personal hygiene with clean and proper attire as instructed by Company or immediate manager.
• Calm, rational behaviour and good attitude under stressful driving conditions are attributes of a professional, as are refraining from inappropriate or abusive language and gestures.
• Follow instructions and request without argument or complaint, and do not comment, engage or join in conversations of employers or passengers/ guests without permission.
• Use of alcohol, illegal drugs or prescription medication that inhibit cognitive or mechanical ability – either on the job, while on call or before a scheduled shift is prohibited.
7.0 Others
• Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time by CEO/ Senior Management or Superior.
2. Corporate Service Manager
Primary Roles and Responsibilities
1.0 Corporate Services
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all corporate services inquiries, requests, and issues.
• Work with outside vendors to ensure that all corporate service contracts are up-to-date and within the company budget.
• Manage the full purchasing project from sourcing, research, site visit, evaluation, negotiation, and delivery.
• Participate in the RFP on vendor evaluation and selection and play a key role in the program implementation with the new vendors.
• Coordinate corporate events, including but not limited to company events, client events, and other projects.
• Organizing and managing internal meetings such as board meetings and external meetings with investors, bankers, consultants, and vendors.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures related to corporate services.
• Support the travel arrangements of senior management and employees.
2.0 Corporate Brand & Identity
• Support the content development and creation of company branding, including the designs of the company website, positioning, and corporate and marketing printing in all types of forms.
• Work with an external vendor to design and develop the appropriate content for approved company outlooks or projects.
• Build awareness of the competitive landscape through regular competitor analysis and reviews of your own brand.
• Work closely with the human resources manager to support the employer branding program both internally and externally, which supports employee value proposition development and employer brands.
• Coordinate all external PR and marketing material activities, which include writing for letters and email marketing campaigns.
